Terms of purchase

Private customers
All orders to private customers are packaged as consignments of one (1), to a maximum of eight (8) items per shipment. Private customers always have FREE SHIPPING.

Business customers
All orders placed by business customers should be equally divisible by six as the products are sent in units of 6 packages. To achieve FREE SHIPPING you need to order at least 48 articles per order. The minimum order is six (6) articles or equivalent of 48 000 SEK (excl. VAT).

Order placement

All orders registered before 12:00 am (noon) on weekdays is packed and sent the same day. Orders that are placed during the weekend are packed and sent the next weekday.

Rights of withdrawal

Your rights of withdrawal is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you want to withdraw your order. The withdrawal period begins the day you’ve received the item or a significant part of it.

Once you’ve exercised your rights of withdrawal:
You ‘re obliged to keep the product as good a condition as it was when you’ve received it. You must not use it, but you can of course carefully examine it before sending it back. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.

Delivery time

The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under each shipment method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to each item.

Returns

Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery. In case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you. Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return the item/items to us.

Repayment obligation:
We will, if you have exercised your rights of withdrawal, repay what you have paid for the items as soon as possible, or no later than 30 days from the day we received the items. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
